Graham is a technology leader, experienced in managing teams of software developers from both a technical and product perspective, with proven success across multiple industries. With a strong background in Software Development, exceptional technical and commercial skills coupled with a keen eye for detail, Graham looks to deliver quality and value to all customers across our regions. Graham is committed to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that drive meaningful outcomes by working closely with rail operators, industry leaders, and technology experts to identify emerging trends and deliver innovative solutions that support operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the rail sector.

As Zelra’s Head of Operations (Europe), Alex has direct responsibility for leading our Professional Services, Customer Support, and Relationship Management functions across the UK and EU.   A central focus of his role is delivering value to our clients by transitioning project execution into long-term partnerships. This includes ensuring seamless handovers, maintaining engagement, and ultimately driving continued client satisfaction.   Alex brings a wealth of software deployment experience to Zelra, which he gained from senior leadership roles with technology and software businesses in the UK’s defence, aerospace, energy, and nuclear sectors.

Michelle brings extensive experience in the delivery of significant portfolios and programs of work, as well as a proven track record delivering professional advisory and consulting services for public and private sector clients. She has directed and led both technical and non-technical operational and project teams, across a variety of industries including transport, and has a passion for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the delivery of positive transformational and cultural change across organisations.
